Every Friday night we gather at The River.
We break bread together, we share God’s Holy Word, and
we bring enjoyment to our Father through extravagant worship.
We begin our evening at 7pm with the lighting of the Sabbath candles.
Although we are not a Jewish fellowship, we do love and support Israel
and join them in the observance of Sabbath.
We speak blessings over our families, our fellowship, and our friends.
We pray for Israel as well as for our nation.
We share a fellowship meal together.
The menu varies: Spaghetti, grilled burgers, chili, chicken, soups, and more.
We usually have a choice of salads or vegetables, as well as bread and a dessert.

After the meal, we join our hearts together as we remember Him
through the observance of His "Last Supper".
We then assemble for a time to study His Word.
This time may be spent reading the week's Torah portion,
it can be a teaching brought by one of our people,
or a video teaching, or we may spend the time in earnest prayer.
This time can take on various forms as the Spirit leads
and we want to be open to what He has for us.
After this time of receiving, it's our turn to give.
We give all we are to the King of Glory who is worthy of ALL praise.
We praise and worship Him with instruments, our voices and with dance.
We are free to express ourselves in worship in a manner that only He is worthy to receive.
The question is often asked:
"Why do you spend time in the Word before praise and worship?"
The answer is simple,
once His presence falls during this time it usually leads to His speaking to us
through prophecies as well as other manifestations of gifts of the Spirit.
This only ends when the Spirit is done. What we have realized along this journey
is that our Father just wants to be with us and He wants to teach us how to just BE with Him.
We have learned that we don't have to perform for each other or for Him.
When we see Him with the eyes of our spirits, we can't help but worship and adore Him.
Come worship with us and experience what happens when we create an atmosphere He loves.
Join us in the River...the water is refreshing!
